Delivery Policy
We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days. We only ship within the United States. Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only, and delivery cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays or product damage en route.
Title and risk of loss transfers to you upon our handover of merchandise to the carrier. You may be responsible for import duties or local taxes, if applicable. Unless you specify gift options, items are shipped to the address on your payment method.
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation of delivery at our discretion. If no one is available to accept an order requiring signature confirmation, the carrier may return the package to us, and you will be responsible for all associated costs.
Inspect packages promptly upon receipt and notify us within 3 days of any issues. We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery or for lost/stolen packages. Customers are responsible for timely pick-up of returned packages from their local post office when missed delivery occurs.
Returns/Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with any non-customized, unopened product, contact us within 20 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You must have the order invoice and follow our return instructions. We do not accept returns of any food or treats that have been opened or damaged after delivery.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of our receiving the return. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. We reserve the right to issue refunds in alternate forms, decline refunds we reasonably suspect as fraudulent, and prohibit returns from repeat abusers.
Custom Product Warning
We make every effort to follow your custom product specifications. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match given the handmade nature of these items. By ordering custom products, you accept reasonable variance from specifications or photos on this website. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Independent Seller Products
Some products are sold through independent third-party seller accounts identified at checkout. These purchases involve different policies, shipping methods, and support. We are not responsible for third-party seller transactions. Any questions, complaints, or returns for these orders must go through the seller directly.
